Your company will forward me all the resumes, and I will interview them. 1) The position: 4 Experienced HR Managers (7 to 10 years of relevant working experience in MNCs or local large . manufacturing setups that are managed professionally with more structured HR systems and procedures) 2) Competency required: A highly independent and smart person, confident, bold and assertive to influence and effect change, able to communicate effectively to all levels of staff and present ideas and policies clearly; determined and results-oriented. Though not required, ability to read, write and speak English will be an added advantage for career advancement to Group HR positions at Regional level. 3) For 4 locations – Wuhan, Yue Yang (Hunan), Fang Cheng Gang (Guanxi), and Zhoukou (Henan) Each location has between 200 to 500 staff, and has a complete chain of operations from manufacturing, purchasing, warehousing, marketing and sales to corporate services. 4) Industry: Manufacturing of consumer food.5) Main duties: Assist the General Manager of the plant to set up and manage a HR department with dotted line reporting to Group HR in Shanghai; to implement HR initiatives across the organization and effectively monitor progress and staff feedback for improvement; to ensure that communication between management and staff is on-going and effective, and that staff adheres to the HR policies and procedures; to coordinate and administer the performance management system and facilitate staff ranking, salary and bonus adjustment for the management staff; and to help the company to recruit, motivate and retain good employees. 6) Career prospects: The organization has 5000 employees in China and belongs to a large public listed company in Singapore with operations in many countries. The company constantly identify and promote excellent employees for job rotation and exposure for job advancement. 7) Compensation: Basic pay of between RMB 10,000 to 13,000 per month, Total pay ranges between 15 months to 18 months depending on individual and company performance. Staff from other provinces will be given housing subsidy.
