销售总监 市场销售部 This position exists in order to: · Maximize sales, yield and revenue opportunities for The Ascott group. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Management · Maximises group/group revenue via optimising quality customer base · Formulates and implement sales strategies · Investigates and recommends sales channels · Ensures compliance and integrity of Rate Structure Operational Excellence · Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team members In conjunction with the cluster head, · ro-actively source leads · Ensures effective sales techniques in converting enquiries into reservations for all properties. · Develops and maintains client base. · Establishes and maintains files and database on each account, including the updating of information in sales database programme. · ro-actively sources leads for The Ascott Group and communicate these via the nominated system · Designs, initiates and conducts sales trips as per the Sales and Marketing Plan · Sources and communicates marketing opportunities as applicable · ursues all tender opportunities for the group · Targets the Global 500 companies whilst maintaining the Industry focus · Sources and communicates competitor activity to sales team and operational departments · Coordinate, present and participate in Tradeshows 有意请发简历至zhhzy@163.com
