Location: Shanghai Report To: FOC GM The responsibilities: 1. Lead and direct the HR department with efficient operation. 2. Recruit and develop the talents with competitive advantage 3. Regulate relative HR policy and push & coach the implementation of HR policies 4. Develop the training plan and responsible for implementation 5. Support the operation of other departments 6.
