美资执行总经理 　→ 职　　责： The General Manager is responsible to set up the operations. The short-term objective is to create a service delivery team locally in Dalian or Beijing China. The medium- to long-term objective is to deliver on client specific service level expectations, across skills, across geographies Financial responsibilities:财政职责 1. Budgeting and Reporting. ； 2. Implement the company’s performance based incentive plans, with customizations, as required. 3. Ensure compliance with all local, national, international financial and tax laws. Operational responsibilities： 4. Overall responsibility for operations management, as organized 5. Hiring of the core service delivery and management team in China 6. Monitor various functional teams’ productivity to ensure timely execution of all client specific as well as operational requirements. 7. Liaison with client managers to manage service delivery expectations 8. Ensure client satisfaction and performance on SLAs 9. Ensure compliance to visa requirements 10. Responsible for hiring, training, monitoring, reporting on performance of service delivery team 11. Accountable for all operational decisions, directly or indirectly Other responsibilities： 12. Seek timely approvals for all localized company policies, procedures and employee benefits 　→ 要　　求： · Totally hands-on work ethic · Good IT Consulting experience desirable Excellent written and oral communication skills · High caliber, trustworthy personality with enthusiasm and high energy level · High level of integrity and excellent management skills · MBA highly desired but not required if appropriate experience exists · A bachelors degree is highly preferred but not required if you have the entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, significant industry experience, and can demonstrate that you have what it takes. 　→ 待　　遇： 40-100万元/年
