IT International Support The International Support provides monitoring and reactive problem solving support for all technologies, especially OS/390 or IBM AIX or HP-Unix and the applications supported by this technology. This role specialises in legacy system monitoring and mainframe console support. ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: Graduation in Computer Science is a plus.. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS : - Minimum 2-3 years experience in data center responsibilities. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Excellent oral and written English communication skills - Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled and required. - Working experience of problem management system. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: - A good working knowledge in the following Master console commands for MVS, JES, HP/UNIX and VAX/VMS. MVS OS/390 or IBM AIX or HP-Unix operating systems. TSO/ISPF, SDSF and JCL. Knowledge of problem management system and application software. OPS/MVS automated operations.
