岗位职责:
1. To implement the organization's human resource policy so that the organization can attract, manage, develop and retain employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
2. To direct a variety of human resource-related programs to ensure that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization's human resource strategy.
3. To implement the organization's training and development programs so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs.
4. To lead the HR team of location plant to carry administrative assignments
5. To analysis and identify the training and development needs of the organization and its employees and develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the organization.
6. To liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local human resource strategies for their business needs.
招聘要求:
-Bachelor degree in Social/Human Resource Management or equivalent
-Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
-At least 8 years working experience in Human Resources management
-Analytical and people oriented, must have strong expertise in specific roles, strategic mind and hand-on mentality
