Title:  Reporting Manager

Reports to: Finance Controller

Location: Beijing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
1、Prepare monthly consolidated report for Callison China including BJ office and SH branch or other entities may arise as per PRC GAAP
2、Accomplish the PRC to US GAAP report conversion by following up US GAAP
3、Responsible for consolidation reports for Callison China, including Seattle, SH WFOE and China business
4、Communicating/clarifying between Chinese and US parties on the US GAAP reporting items
5、Keep continuous improvement of US GAAP accounts, mapping with PRC GAAP accounts
6、Carry out financial planning, budgeting , forecasting jobs
7、Prepare management accounts and management reports: KPIs, flash reporting, dashboard, comparison of actual performance with budget and/or forecast, any non-routine reports that analyze and interpret financial/numerical data
8、Project costing and accounting by applying appropriate principles and techniques
9、Other tasks assigned by finance controller

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1、Four year bachelor Degree with a major in accounting required.
2、Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, minimum 2 years experience preparing PRC and US GAAP financial reports, and minimum 2 years consolidated reporting experience
3、Experience of financial planning, budgeting, forecast and analysis
4、Advanced computer and analytical skills, including Microsoft Office products.
5、Demonstrated proficiency in Excel including ability to create and troubleshoot complex spreadsheets.
6、Must have advanced experience working with fully integrated accounting systems, experience with SAP, UFIDA, Accpac is preferred
7、Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
8、Ability to work a flexible schedule and cross-cultural, fast-paced environment; may be requested to work OT on occasion to meet strict deadline
9、Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
10、Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
11、Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.
