Job title:            Merger & Acquisition Specialist

Contribution Summary:            

This role will be responsible for helping company development through sourcing & evaluating the feasibility of potential merger & acquisitions, conducting commercial and prudent counsel in corporate M&A activities and other strategic planning projects.

Main requirements:

1.         Engineering/Technical and Business/Commerce background, qualifications of CPA /CFA preferred

2.         At least 3 years of senior business development, M&A experience within a recognized multinational company required, or working experience in big 4, venture capital or investment company, exposure with engineering, technical, mechanical industries

3.         Capable to conduct market research and industrial investigation independently

4.         Able to develop business solutions and lead detailed business analysis, company/business evaluation, risk analysis and derive useful insights

5.         Good knowledge and experience in conducting financial Due Diligence and Investment Structuring & Valuation

6.         Solid knowledge and experiences in operation of foreign investment in China, familiar with M&A practices, as well as related government polices and local operating regulations

7.         Skilled in negotiation and coordination with all related parties including local partners, authorities, etc

8.         Good at report writing and professional in presentation

9.         Fluent in English
