工作地点是在瑞士，会经常出差。不过要求也蛮高的：比如专业背景、经验以及英语水平等。

Nestlé, the Food Worldwide Leader has recently created a corporate unit called Innovation Acceleration Team reporting directly to a member of the Executive Board. This new unit supports local markets and businesses in organizing fast deployments of value added products to customer shelves. The Innovation Acceleration Team provides exposure to the various product categories of Nestlé but also concrete experience to prepare for next steps in the Nestlé Group. Using a multi-market approach, IAT ensure alignment between corporate Marketing, R&D, local management and other corporate functions.

To replace members having taken further responsibilities, we are looking for: CH - Innovation Acceleration Team - Marketing Stream Leader

In this role, your responsibilities will be to:

• Quickly prioritise drivers for successful deployment of the product innovation and optimal business impact

• Validate analyses and verify that recommendations are actionable

• Secure commitment of the markets

• Present the results and recommendations to Senior Management

• Actively facilitate implementation

• Develop team members and projects participants in the market in line with their needs and career aspirations

You have

• Solid knowledge of Marketing or Sales with at least 3 years of proven success in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment

• Knowledge of drivers affecting product profitability / overall business performance in the FMCG environment

• Experience in managing projects or part of projects

• Good communication skills to interact with Senior Stakeholders

• Mobility (Position is based in Vevey, Switzerland but several weeks visits to the market are necessary in each project)

• Fluency in English (another languages would be an advantage)

• MBA or university degree

一定要MBA吗?

不一定要是MBA。

硬件方面主要是要有相关经验（市场销售方面）以及英语交流（口头及书面，这点对自己在国外生活也比较重要）。

软件方面跨国公司要求都差不多，就不多说了。
