According to China regulation, maternity leave should be have same compensation as normal working months. The only trick is bonus can be take off.
Normally, when you interview in the multination company, you can ask for benefitial treatment. mostly it can cover medical plan, pension plan, special housing arrangement, stock option, tuition refund program.
And when you taking about vacation, be careful to use Leave of Absence, since in most of US based company, LOA equal to no pay leave. |
