Responsibilities: Fully responsible for employee's training and career development of the whole China district, including but not limit: 1. Management training; 2. Skill training; 3. Sales knowledge training; 4. Products training; 5. Employee knowledge and skill management. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in HR or Economy is preferred; 2. At least more than 3 years training experience in foreign companys with extensive knowlege and strong executive capbility of training system development and management; 3. Good presentation skill, and strong writing and expressing ability; 4. Strong ability of course development, and be good at make training materials with MS Office software; 5. Comprehensive knowledge of outside training resources and identification capbility; 6. Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability. |
