Human Resources Specialist (Ref #: GTA070425)
Responsibilities:
- Select and recruit high caliber candidates in line with the company’s expansion plans
- Develop creative approaches to the recruitment and selection process
- Facilitate the development of job descriptions, job profiles and candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Establish and manage relationship with internally with hiring managers, externally with search firms, advertising agencies, universities and applicants
- Compile and analyze operational reports for management review
Requirements:
- University degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience, preferably in an in-house recruitment function
- International experience in multinational companies desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work with people from various cultural background at different levels
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin required
