Report to:

China Operations Director

 

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure standardized implementation manufacturing processes across Actuant China manufacturing plant;

Provide support for costing new projects;

Provide plant capital spends;

Providing cost and feasibility for new plant / extension;

Supporting the plants improve equipment TRS and labor efficiency;

Ensuring the strategy from headquarters is understood and integrated in to China;

Training and development of plant engineering teams;

Developing the foot print for China manufacturing plant.

 

 

Experience & Knowledge

Experience in manufacturing min 5 years,;

New project driving skill;

Be familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office;

Taking quick decision;

Very good command of English in both oral and writing.
