　　Basic Qualifications/ Requirements
　　 BS/BA/ or related degree
　　 Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (internal candidates only
　　 Certification in a quality program similar to Six Sigma (external candidates only
　　 Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
　　 Self-starter, able to make progress with limited direction.
　　 Successful track record of achievement; change agent with ability to rapidly build strong credibility and influence in an organization.
　　 Demonstrated commitment for process improvement; customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities.
　　 Excellent project management skills. Proven ability to create robust project plans.
　　 Excellent communication skills; including the ability to deliver effective presentations at all levels of the organization and timely & comprehensive progress reports.
　　
　　Desired Qualifications
　　 International exposure in previous roles; 3+ years experience preferred.
