Job Reasonability: - liaison across various functional organizations and the APAC team; - lead the APAC revenue chain and working capital management activities; - establish and track key business performance metrics; - lead APAC sales calls; - ensure IT interfaces for Sales, Customer Support and financial tracking and reporting; - lead process improvement efforts in the APAC business team; - assist with AOP deployment, achievement, gap closure activities; - other business support issues as needed. Job Requirements: - Multinational company working experience - Outstanding language capability, overseas study or working experience preferred - Major in Business, MBA preferred - Business administration experience, including sales operation, marketing, Finance, IT, etc - APAC Regional experience preferred - Good communication, coordination skills - Proactive - Process and metrics driven, good at data analysis
