Job description:

• Management of Human Resource Department and staff

• Develop Hiring Procedures

• Conduct screening interviews

• Write job descriptions

• Maintain individual employee files and records

• Administer Social Benefits and IIT for employees

• Develop procedures to deal with employee complaints and / or disciplinary actions

• Develop and administer training programs

• Conduct market research for remuneration ranges

• Coordinate with payroll and accounting personnel on employee compensation, leaves, vacation, overtime, etc.

 

 

 

 

           Integral member of management team.  

 

 

                       

       Requirements:

• Professional training or experience in Human Resources.

• Previous experience with an international company helpful.

• Experience in mining operations or related type work helpful.

• Extensive knowledge of Chinese Labor and Tax Laws and practices.

• Remote site experience helpful.

• Experience in foreign cultures and working environments is preferred

• Bi-lingual English – Chinese

楼主，不是没有人愿意去内蒙古发展~~

而是有这样条件的人

完全可以在北京、上海这样的大城市发展得很好~~

谁干嘛要去内蒙古啊？

不知道你们这个招聘描述是怎么考虑市场因素的~~~晕！
