Job description:- Management of Human Resource Department and staff
- Develop Hiring Procedures
- Conduct screening interviews
- Write job descriptions
- Maintain individual employee files and records
- Administer Social Benefits and IIT for employees
- Develop procedures to deal with employee complaints and / or disciplinary actions
- Develop and administer training programs
- Conduct market research for remuneration ranges
- Coordinate with payroll and accounting personnel on employee compensation, leaves, vacation, overtime, etc.
Integral member of management team.
Requirements: - Professional training or experience in Human Resources.
- Previous experience with an international company helpful.
- Experience in mining operations or related type work helpful.
- Extensive knowledge of Chinese Labor and Tax Laws and practices.
- Remote site experience helpful.
- Experience in foreign cultures and working environments is preferred
- Bi-lingual English – Chinese
