Job responsibilities:
1.Initiate and manage laboratory testing services
2.Control daily operation to ensure high efficiency and integrity of the service
3.Organizing, leading and motivating testing team
4.Implement quality system, monitor and implement any corrective and preventive actions
5.Deliver training to technical staffs
Requirements:
1.University graduate in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering or relevant discipline.
2.Minimum 3 years in laboratory work experience and familiar with furniture, sundries and cookware product, and with 2 years solid supervisory experience
3.Familiar with various test standards such as UL, IEC, EN as well as GB and others
4.Good command in English with CET 6 or above.
5.Familiar with quality system, ISO 17025 and CNAL / CB accreditation
6.Strong problem solving and analytical skills
7.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
8.Self-motivated and aggressive
9.Those candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
Manager/Assistant Manager - Electrical Team
