Department Description: Provide tax planning to businesses, maximize tax benefits to the company
Scope of Responsibilities: -Provide tax planning and strategies for all businesses within Motorola Greater China. -Provide advise to tax compliance group with respect to tax filing and compliance matters -Lobby for new and amended tax laws -Apply for tax refunds or tax exemptions based on tax laws or regulations -Represent the company in tax audits -Research and keep track of tax law and regulation changes
Specific Knowledge -Strong knowledge on China tax laws and regulation -Fluent oral and written English -Strong computer skills -Strong relationship with tax authorities and government
