Reports to Project Manager to process the field installation and Integration Service to China Customer. 2. Dealing both management issues and technical issues of the project 3. Lead engineers to adjust and finalize the equipment list base on the contract. 4. Prepare the system design with Motorola Europe team and Asia Pacific team. 5. Communicate with Motorola Asia Pacific team and Europe Team on the Berlin factory system acceptance test preparation. 6. Lead engineers to perform Internal Factory Acceptance test in Berlin Germany. 7. Communicate with customer on project related issues. 8. Manage the 3rd party vendors in the projects. 9. Assistant import team for the custom clearance to ship the system into China. 10. Inventory check with customer on the equipment arrival. 11. Lead engineers provide the site survey service to customer. 12. Lead engineers to provide field installation service to customer. 13. Responsible for final achieving the Conditional Acceptance certificate from customer.
Skills 1. Bachelor or above degree in Tele-Communication or Electrical Engineering 2. Minimum 8 years of related experience in the field of Wireless Radio Systems. 3. Decent understanding on Networks. Especially Router and Switches Configurations. 4. Strong logical analysis and problem solving capability 5. Good communication skills and great teamwork. 6. Good command of spoken and written English. 7. Able to lead teleconference for US, Europe and Asia team on project issues. 8. Able to travel domestic or oversea when needed
