Job description:
DS China consultants are involved in business consulting, process design and the application of PLM technology to business. We defined different roles in the whole PLM project lifecycle: project managers, business consultants, solution architects, application consultants, technical consultants.
The business consultants are responsible for both presales engagements contributing to sales wins and project implementation contributing to project success. During presales engagements, the tasks of business consultant include customer interview, process analysis and visioning, PLM roadmap, conduct workshops and presentations. During project implementation, the tasks of business consultant include process design and improvement, solution architecture design (together with solution architects), change management (together with project managers).

We need people who are able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives and conceive more innovative solutions for our clients.
Professional skills:
Possess business and functional skills in business diagnostics, process design / re-engineering and change management.
With prior manufacturing experience in the areas of product development and lifecycle support.
Strong business and industry acumen in manufacturing industry (Automotive, Electronics, Aviation and Aerospace, …).
Experience in PLM system implementation project and have a strong sense in business and system integration.
Prior consulting experience a big PLUS.
Qualifications
First tier University Bachelor, Master or Doctor with major in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, with 3 years relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
Highly motivated and has drive to be successful.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage).
Willing to travel within region for projects and work with multi-cultural people.
