标题: 如何管理你的员工（一）
When you get right down to do it, one of the most important tasks of a manger is to eliminate his people's excuse for failure.

How is it that the company seem to attract the brightest and  best employees, fill their open job requisitions, then proceed to make them work better than they were when they arrived at the doorstep?
  Answer is that beyond the basic principles of hiring and training. Mabye you will ask me "how far beyond?" There is a evidence that this mangement task will be mastered simply by gaining better understanding of  "how" to do, "what" and "who" to look for.
Knowing the right management means will be helpful.
One manger told me that his the most improtant assets get on the elevator everyday at five o'clock and leave the buidling. What are those? Staff
So please pay more attention to your staff, not only your outstanding acheivement.
