标题: 关于此版面的定位问题。
新华商之路，打造新一代中国工商精英。此为本版面的主旨，也是我们所提倡的发展方向——努力把自己发展成为新华商，打造成为新的中国工商精英。
因为谁成为了这些人，谁将成为未来几十年，甚至更长时间，把握中国经济的肱骨。
   新华商（新一代中国工商精英）：国际人，拥有高等的，良好的教育背景，熟练掌握，一门或是多门世界语言，拥有创新能力，信息处理能力，沟通能力和明锐的观察能力，熟悉市场运作，对人性，政治颇有了解，良好的心理素质，具备宏观，微观能力，并时刻关注着世界经济，全球发展，政治等多方面，对未来趋势，走向有良好的认识。总而言之，他是一个国际型人才，当然也是个全才。
介于此，本版面推荐作者，尽量运用英文进行写作或者进行讨论。当然，由于考虑到部分成员的英文交流能力，所以我们只是建议。
   此版面，也完全同意大家用中文进行交流，一步步来，不断提高自己。需要提醒的是，英文绝对是让大家走向更高层次和拥有更大空间发展的必经之路和必备工具。别忘了，管理还是从西方引进的，当你能读懂西方的原著的时候，我想，你将离成功不远了，因为源源不断的国际型知识，将带你到另外一个世界。

The best way to Study English iis to create interest. For example,if you are very interested in management, you can read English book about management.
Interest will bring more effect.

hi  buddies!  it is so nice that we have such kind of space for english. Nowadays, english has become more and more important. but the one thing i wan to clear is that to study english is not only for ourselves but also for our country. many people say the persons who study english may appreciate the west world. i can not agree with them. Learnig english is the way to know about other countries culture and custom, then we have good communication with them, furthermore we can resist the power of anti-china.
   may u guys sutdy more and get great happy in english.

Personally,the best way to study English is to communicate with people as more as possible. According to my experience, I benefited from dealind withing foreignfriends and listening VOA,BBC. There is no short -cut for english study . just constant effort can result on tangible achievement

Hey, I don't think your English expression is as bad as you said. At least, I can understand the above words.

Learning English is long term work and sometimes is boring. Just tell yourself that you can do it when facing troubles.

Anyway, i think english is kind of tool for us to live around the globe!
People in this century does not necessarily live in this side of the globe!
So it is a good try to start using english. Little by little you will find that english is really not kind of messy language.

I think that is a good ID. The best way to have a good command of English is to practise as much as possible and make English language as part of your daily life. Try to use it whenever and wherever you can.

It would be interesting if this area could attract a few expats to participate. Many of them have good command of Chinese and their English, even though it's not their native tonge, is oftentimes better than the Chinese counterparts. Like the English corners I see everywhere in China, this place could be the English corner for managers. We just need to post a few articles on management thoughts, both theory and practice, both indigenous and foreign, and both origianl and pasted. I know quite a few international managers whose first language is not English but they use adequate English in their conversations and writings. It's not difficult;one just has to do it. I'd love to participate when I have more time to write.

I think the purpose of seeting up this forum is more than to improve oral or written English. Anyway regarding with the management, language is only a tool to be used. We can neglect some aspects which Chinese used to pay more attention to like grammer. Language can be alive only when you use it. In fact a lot of management books nowadays availble in China are translated from English. Many terms, ideas or concepts come form English culture. I believe many people have some ideas of them. What you need to do is to read the original ones in English to get a clear idea from two versions. You will learn more than language.
