Title of the Position: Training Supervisor
1. Job Objective:
Responsible for organizing and coordinating all new staff training and on-job training
2. Job Responsibilities:
Set up training schedules, including demo selection of teachers, routine teachers training etc.
Organize teachers’ training to ensure the quality of teacher to meet with the criteria of the needs of the company
Support Training Manager to work out training system for Inopi teachers
Prepare training materials and coordination with different departments regarding training information and training feedback
take part in marketing activities to deliver demo to clients if necessary
3. Key Competences:
Good communication and result orientation
Good presentation skills
Good coordination skills
Work actively and carefully
High team spirit
Willing to work on weekends
4. Professional experience (type, number of years):
at least 2 years working experience on training or teaching
5. Education/Skills/Language(s) Required: iversity graduation with Bachelor’s degree
Fluent English capability, especially in writing and reading
Familiar with Microsoft office
6. Internal Relations: (Contacts with other departments / name of position)
Branch office, HR department and HQ of Inopi
7. External Relations: (Contacts with outside companies, agencies etc.)
