Job Purpose：
Responsible for product management, new product development, market research and consumer insight for Fine Writing brands.
Job Description：
² Develops product strategy and new product plan
² Develops price strategy and monitors price/margin
² Develops and improves product packaging
² Rationalizes product mix and implement product phase in and out plan
² Works with macro team to develop and implement effective advertising, promotion, POSM and merchandising programs
² Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates new product launch activities, ads program, and promotion
² Researches, analyzes and monitors fine writing market and competition
Requirements:
² At least 4-5 years successful marketing experience in a multinational company
² Good strategic marketing skills
² Good understanding of sales distribution and retail merchandising
² Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
² A good team player with interpersonal communication skill
² Dedicated, proactive, hardworking
