First line of communication for incoming new business leads. Expected to engage the prospect, learn about their business issues, and translate the issue into our consulting approach.0 `$ v+ x7 n* u, c. i% B% T
Will manage the lead funnel and support development and writing of proposals.
Closely integrates with marketing initiatives and engages with potential clients at various industry conferences and events.

2)Opportunity Qualification, Prioritization & Shaping: Work with Qualityclub internal experts and client teams to determine requirements and/or specifications for potential new client business, using appropriate sales processes and tools, determine and recommend which opportunities to pursue; build client value proposition and shape the deal.

3)Business Development Process Leadership:

Working with leadership, support the opportunity pursuit team through the sales process; support/participate in any written or oral proposal development, client presentation activities, participate in client site visits as needed; review proposals, cost models and written presentations as appropriate to ensure alignment with sales strategy and win themes; and participate in weekly sales meetings with leadership, providing status and raising issues as appropriate; alert appropriate leadership when additional resources are needed to proceed on an opportunity.8 }4 }( u' s& y  g/ C' G! 4)Sales Development/ Marketing: Support sales development marketing and leverage existing relationships with potential clients through response to website and call-in inquiries, personal meetings, presentations, telephone calls, targeted mailings, business forums, and/or other direct marketing activities.
3)Client Demand Stimulation and Opportunity Generation: Identify & refine specific business development opportunities with prospective clients and support the pursuit team in responding appropriately to lead: bbs.qualityclub.cn9 Z. g; _3 L* ?* l
·Engage in activities focused at generating client awareness of the firm and/or demand for its Services (may include developing/sending promotional materials, presenting in business forums, charitable activities, business associations, etc.);

Skill Requirements:

Qualityclub consulting is currently seeking highly qualified individuals who have proven hands-on experience in designing and executing operational strategy projects with Fortune 500 clients. Client engagements may include complexity reduction (including product and service complexity), due diligence, operational assessments and portfolio company assessments with private equity firms, innovation projects and/or large scale change initiatives. Consultants in this role will interact with Qualityclub team members, senior client executives as well as client project team members.

You will be an integral part of a team guiding and transforming the client's business. You will lead work streams and leverage Qualityclub's proprietary strategic and operational analytical techniques and frameworks. You will also plan and manage work streams, and successfully interact with senior clients. You will be very impact-oriented, and be able to structure and execute analysis to produce real client insight. Requirements:
2 or more years of operations, strategy and/or innovation consulting experience with well-respected consulting firm Bachelor's Degree, Engineering preferred Strong combination of conceptual and analytical capability Comfortable leading and facilitating client teams Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

You will be responsible for coordinating and providing leadership for the client business unit's process improvement initiatives, including developing strategy, policies, objectives, plans, organizations and procedures focused on integrating Lean Six Sigma into the business unit's operations. Ensure that the Lean Six Sigma efforts meet the guidelines, criteria and metrics established by the Vice President Client Services.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or related experience. 5-10 years of professional level experience in Process Improvement with prior supervisory or management responsibility.
