岗位要求：
1、Manage R&D / IT facility
2、Research in software testing and automation technology
3、 Study the market trend, technology trend and product portfolio
4、 Contribution to paper publication, patent application and standardization if applicable

　　　　
任职要求：
任职资格：
1、Excellent written and spoken English, have experience working in foreign co. for more than 2 years
2、Have a minimum of 5 years experience in adm./management in software development or testing industry
3、 Have a Master degree in a related field or equivalent experience, Ph.D is a plus

4、 Deep knowledge in Microsoft or IBM product technology is a plus
