为了保障劳资双方的合理利益,加强我厂的管理工作,维护和保障正常生产,提高生产效益,结合我厂实际情况,要求每位应聘者必须详细了解和自觉遵守我厂的各种规章制度。
In order to protect the benefits for both parties, all employees must understand and abide the rules and regulations of our company.
一、在当地政府有关部门领导下,本厂最高领导权力属于 总经办 ,并由以总经理为首的办公室领导机构开展具体工作,聘用职工解雇职工和开除职工以及其他重大事项由行政部共同批核。
I. Under the laws of local government, our company final decisions are to be given by General Manager Office & followed by all others.
1、职员工必须对厂方忠实,尽力效劳、视厂为家、尊敬领导、员工之间互助互爱、重视和遵守厂规,遵守厂方向员工提出的工作纪律要求,遵守我厂的各种规章制度。
1. Employees must be loyal to company, respect leaders, help each other, and obey all internal rules and regulations.
2、凡被我厂聘请的职员工必须有本人的身份证、年满18周岁,身体健康、无传染病及不良嗜好,需交免冠2寸照片四张、清楚了解我厂的厂规并无任何异议后方可办理入厂手续。入厂后试工期为三个月,生手基本工资为660元,熟手试工期间确定工资。
2. All employees hired by our company must hold self Identity Card; age is above 18 years old with good healthy, no infectious disease and bad habits. All employees need to turn in 2 photos, clearly understand our factory regulations and no objection then can be our employee. The probation period is 3 months. During this period, the inexperienced basic salary is RMB660.00 while the practicicians’ salary will be confirmed during the probation period.
3、每天正常工作时间为8个半小时分春冬、夏秋季上午7:30-12:00,下午13:00-17:30需延时加班的均为18:30-22:00,加班到24:00厂部提供夜宵1餐,加到通宵每人补助5元。
3. Daily normal working hours are 8.5 hours. Working hour morning is from 7:30am to 12:00 while afternoon is from 13:00 to 17:30. if need to do over time, the OT if from 18:30 to 22:00. if over time is until 24:00, company will provide midnight snack. Employees are subsidized RMB5.00 if work overnight.
4、进出厂门必须自觉接受保安检查,自觉出示厂牌,严禁带私用易燃易爆品、赌具、利器等到厂,每晚23:30关大门,超过此时归者,要申明原因方可入厂。
4. All employees must accept safety inspection when out or in our company, show company entry pass. Strictly forbid to bring in flammable, explosive items, gambling paraphernalia, sharp weapons to factory. Every night company door is closed at 23:30. if anyone is back later than that time, he/she must declare the reasons.
5、职员工进、出车间打卡必须佩戴厂牌,进出厂门必须佩戴厂牌,违者每人每次罚款20元。
5. All employees must wear company card during working hours, in and out company also need to wear company card. Otherwise fine RMB20.00.
6、职员工上、下班必须亲自打卡,不得委托他人或代人打卡,违者双方各罚200元,跑步打卡或相互推挤、插队打卡、大声喧哗,违反以上任何一条规定,罚款50元,无上班偷打卡者一天扣两天工资,如此类推,另写检讨一份,态度恶劣者开除出厂并无工资结算。
6. All employees must punch the working card personally every day before working and after working. All employees can not entrust somebody else to punch the card or punch the card for others. Offenders both sides are fined RMB200.00. Anyone running for punching the card, cutting queue to punch card or speaking loudly, violating any stipulation, fine RMB50.00. Not working for one day while punching card, deducted two days salary, and writing an additional self-criticism letter. Anyone with bad attitudes will be fired and no salary settlement.
7、上班未按时打卡、迟到、早退者1-5分钟,每分钟扣2元,超过5分钟者扣半天的工资,未打卡或打错他人考勤卡者,应持部门主管的(未打卡证明)于次日9:30前到行政部签卡证明,逾期款签卡者,以旷工论处。
7. Anyone is late for working or leaves earlier within 1 to 5 minutes, fines RMB2.00/minutes. Anyone who Surpasses 5 minutes will deduct half day salary. Anyone who forgets to punch working card or punches the wrong card should get section head’s approval and go to administration department to sign the card, otherwise will be regarded as absent from work.
8、上班必须服从上司安排,认真做好本职工作,爱护厂部一切财物,不许擅自离开工作岗位,故意损坏公司财务两倍赔偿,损坏和遗失工具设备者必须照价赔偿,上班时间未经许可或非工作所需不可随便到非本人工作区走动。
8. All employees must obey the arrangement from supervisors/management, complete own duty seriously, cherish company belongings, can not leave working post arbitrarily, Intentionally destroy company belongs will two times compensation, damage or loose tools/equipment must compensate accordingly, can not walk causally to other working areas without permission during working hours.
9、本厂员工分计时和计件两种,如发现计时员工在主管未做登记的情况下帮计件员做事,将计时与计件双方皆须1天扣3天工资。
9. There are two kinds of employees in our company, one are paid by hour while another are paid by piece. If found any employee who are paid by hour help employee paid by piece without supervisor’s record, both sides will deduct 3 days salary
10、请假最长不能超过15天,如有特殊原因要求延长假期的,必须有部门主管同意方可延假(回厂上班时须补请假单)无电话延假或延假时部门主管未批准按旷工论处,旷工一天扣除3天的工资,超过三天(含三天)算自动离厂处理。请假一个星期以上应提前5天申请(除特殊情况)
10. The longest leave can not surpass 15 days. If need to extend leave because of special reasons, must get the section head’s approval. (Must fill in the leave application form after back to work). If no phone call to extend leave or without section head’s approval to extend leave, one day absent from work will deduct 3 days salary. if exceed 3 days( including 3 days) will take it as leave the company automatically. Leave longer than 1 week will have to apply 5 days in advance, exceptional for special cases.
11、辞工;职员工辞工必须提前30天上交辞工书给部门主管、部门主管同意并在职工书上签上辞职员工的准予离厂日期和离厂原因,辞工期内必须遵守厂部规章制度(即辞即走倒扣15天工资)无请假而不上班者按矿工论处。
11. Resignation will require to submit quit letter to section head in advance 30 days. Section head approve and give the date that the employee leaves factory and the reasons to leave factory. During the notice period, employee must obey company rules and regulations. Immediately leave after quit will deduct half a month’s salary.
12、解雇职员工;因能力或技术不能胜任本职工作或表现不好等原因,本厂可随时对其解雇,被解雇者须按指定的时间离厂,离厂前需交好厂牌和一切工具及办好手续,离厂后厂方概不负责。
12. Fire employee. Company keeps the right to fire any employee any time because of ability or technology not competent or performance not good etc reasons. Anyone fired must leave company at stipulated time; turn in company card and all tools and equipments before leaving. Company will not bear any responsibility after employee leaving.
13、每月月底发放上月工资,一般情况下厂方及时发工资,特殊情况需延时的,最多不能超过15天。
13. The salary for last month will be paid at the end of the current month. Generally company will pay salary on time. If the payment delayed for special reason, the maximum does not exceed 15 days.
14、上班时间接不许打与工作无关的电话,接私人电话不超过3分钟,或做与工作无关的事情如看报纸,杂志、报刊等,违者每次罚20元;不许私自将来访人员带入厂内或留宿,非公事未经批准不可进入办公室。
14. It is not allowed to make any call that has nothing to do work at working hours. Receiving personal calls can not exceed 3 minutes during working hours. or do something which has nothing to do with the work like read newspaper, magazine during working hours. The offenders will fine RMB20.00 each time;Nobody is permitted to bring in visitors to company or stay in company dormitory secretly, can not enter in office without authorization.
15、严禁在车间禁烟区吸烟,严禁赌博、打架斗殴、聚众闹事,违者每次罚款200元严重者开除出厂或交治安部门处理。
15. No smoking at workshop area, no gambling, no fighting, no gathering a few persons to make trouble. Offenders will fine RMB200.00 each time. The serious employee will be fired by company or hand over to police to deal with.
16 严禁在工厂吸烟区之外吸烟,随地吐痰,发现当场罚款5元。
16.Strictly prohibit smoking outside at factory smoking area, spit anywhere. Fine RMB5.00 for otherwise.
17、上洗手间不许超过10分钟,上下班前半小时不准上洗手间,违反以上任何条规定、罚款20元。
17. Employees can not stay at the washroom more than 10 minutes. Beginning working within half an hour or half an hour earlier than clock out, nobody is permitted going to washroom. Offenders will fine RMB20.00.

20. Nobody is permit to change company facility willfully. Nobody is permitted to extend wire to set up extra switch, fans, electric radiator and so on. Strictly forbidden use electric stove secretly. Offenders will confiscate the belongings and fine RMB100.00.
21、上班时间意外受伤,由部门主管填写(工伤报告)医药费(经部门同意,并有正式的发票)全报,医疗其间,工资按本人基本工资50%计算。因工致伤者按上报劳动保障部门规定办法。
21. Company will bear the medical fees if injured during working. Medical bill submit to section head, will reimburse upon approval. 50% of salary will be given during recovery period. Employees are protected under the labor law.
22、任何员工在其上班时间及上于厂内出现突发性的个人疾病、非本职业引起的职业病、打架伤亡等非因工受伤均与本厂无关的疾病一律不负任何责任与费用。
22. Company will not be responsible for any personal illness, injuries caused outside work or due to personal problems.
23、本厂工人与外人打架,在厂外偷窃等犯罪行为,均属刑事犯罪,本厂不负任何责任。
23. Company will not be responsible for incidents like fighting, thief etc.
24、如发现盗窃工厂财物,立即无条件开除,不计工资,严重者送当地派出所处理。
24. Immediate termination for thief company belongings, no salary given. If serious, culprit will be sent to local police station.
25、“安全生产,预防为主“盗窃工厂财物,对发生意外事故应立即报告,及时采取措施,对在功人员给予奖励。
25. “ Safe production, prevention first”, if anyone find somebody suspicious, report to office immediately, rewards will be given.
26、每月每人交管理费9元,卫生费1元,植树费1元(合计11元),暂住证按规定扣除,有买养老保险者按社会规定扣,就业证费由厂方负责。
26. Each employee has to pay RMB9.00 as maintenance fee,clean service RMB1.00 and RMB1.00 as greenery charge. Temporary living certificate will be deducted according to rules. work levy will be bore by company.
27、如检查人员未发现有人违反厂规制度,员工发现进行检举,经调查情况属实,检举人有奖(为确保检举人的人身安全,对其检举人姓名保密)。
27. Anyone who disclose who violates company rules, if it is the truth, will get reward. ( Company will keep the reporter’s identity as confidential for his/her safety)
28、不遵守厂规厂制或在管理人员在执行制度时与管理人员发生争执,视情节轻重罚款30-200元。
28. Anyone who do not follow company rules & regulations or quarrel with management will be fined between 30.00 to 200.00.
29、如撕毁公司张贴的通知/通告,或其它标语,违者罚款50元-500元。
29. Vandalism will fined between RMB50.00 to RMB500.00
30、亲属或朋友来访必须经过经理或行政部门同意,方可进入;如留宿一晚必须压本人有效证件。
30. Visitors have to proceed to the administrative office for sign in. Upon approval entry allow. For overnight stays, personal ID must be kept by office.
31、节约用电,下班前车间风扇、电灯、机器设备必须关好。宿舍必须在24:00熄灯(除特殊情况)。
31. Conserve electricity, all electronics machines are to be switch off when not in used. Light off at 12:00 at lodge.
32、为了个人安全, 上班时间,一律不准穿拖鞋,违者罚款100元。
32. No slippers allowed during working hours for personal safety. Offenders fined RMB100.00
