l Work with sales team to Providing pre and post service; l Work with sales team to maintain client relationship and explorebusiness opportunity l Involve in designing and developing EMKT trainingcurriculum; l Involve in other projects. Job Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above;
l 10+ years working experience; better have 3+ years managementexperience, l 3+ yearsexperience as a successful trainer/consultant, preferably onmanagement/leadership, sales, and marketing topics; l Multinational company background is preferred; l Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills,self-disciplined and self-motivated, good teamwork spirit; l Willing to travel frequently

l 作为讲师（顾问）为本公司的企业客户执行培训课程（上课）、执行相关的培训或非培训类的项目
l 配合业务团队为客户提供项目（课程）的前期及后期服务 l 配合业务团队维持客户关系，并发现新的商业机会 l 设计、发展本公司的现有、新开发的课程及项目 l 配合其他项目的工作 职位要求：
l 本科学位或以上
l 10年的工作经验，3年以上的管理经验者优先考虑 l 3年以上的培训讲师、培训顾问经验，有管理类、领导力、销售、市场方面的课程经验者优先考虑 l 有跨国公司的工作经验者优先考虑 l 良好的人际技能、演讲技巧。能自我管理、自我激励，有团队合作精神 l 可以经常出差
