意思是：隐藏在荒野是最低水平。隐藏在闹市，是中级水平。隐藏在朝中（朝廷内部）则是高级水平。

解释了半天，actually, it explains nothing. I still cannot quite understand what it does mean.

大家怎么看，为什么隐藏朝廷为大隐？！ is it the highest level for a man?
