For a long time,I am looking for English materials about HRM(human resources management人力资源管理), but after I went to all kinds of bookstores in Nanjing and searched them through internet,I found it is very difficult to get even a little of it,though HRM is one of the important tendencies of managemant in this century. So I am here to ask for help,any English materials or information about HRM,incluing books,audio,vedio,  any other suggestion  are all welcome, thanks a lot!  [em07]

but i know most of them are chinese version.
