Process management is one of 8 QMS principles. Concrete application tools are process mapping, system diagram and process flow chart. Adopting those techques to integrate the operation flow and related documents will essentially ensure the operation manual to accumulate the experience in a systematic way. The flow manual as posted has reflected the company still not applying ISO9001:2000 as a business core management system to integrate all related management systems.The system still needs more fine tune and integration for upgrading to approach to world class level. |
