小企业人管人,大企业机制管人,各个阶段有不同的管理办法,人是贯穿始终的,但偏重的方向是不一致的。正常~

赞同4楼flyingaa的观点。

在企业存在各种利益的权衡,要在意,但也不要太在意。

领导说的对,执行;

领导说的不对,参照执行!

这就是中国式的管理文化的体现,也是顺应中国人的管理文化的体现,改了管理者不爽、被管理者也不适应----存在就有其合理性!

中国企业普遍存在的现象,特别是国企或国企转型来的企业 !严重制约企业 的高效工作和长远发展!
