The internal entrepreneur is referred to those who striving very hard to achieve top performance and hunting for high excellence.
The organization everywhere in the world, should count on these internal entrepreneurs to thrive in their own line.
Here, we are talking about the commitment of the employees. Employees, when they are described as an internal entrepreneurs, are usually highly-committed to achieve high level performance.
We can detect some of the core elements lying inside an internal entrepreneur:
- They will not be bound by the regulation of the traditional.
- They will broaden their vision to make innovation wherever and whenever possible.
- They will use their influence to collect resources including manpower, money, support from their boss, and information.
All of the above-mentioned, are essential in the path to internal entrepreneur.
There is no surprise to find an internal entrepreneur is result-oriented, ***art, passionate. He/she will motivated himself/herself. They will detect the problem and find the solution.
Think of it.
