Buyer ( Metal Parts) 采购员
Responsibility:
1. To help material manager to locate and identify potential suppliers that meet or exceed the company needs in quality, process, cost and capability;
2. To negotiate all conditions with selected suppliers;
3. To request quotations and make price comparison;
4. To issue and trace initial orders;
5. To provide technical support to suppliers together with product engineers or quality engineers to ensure the supplier reaches the required standards;
6. To provide QA support to the Quality Department during and after quality audits and ensure adequate follow up by regular quality checks;
7. Cost analysis, reports for direct materials and samples.
Requirements:
1. Engineer with university degree in mechanical engineer and/or business administration.
2. Licence for executing process audits at the suppliers' production sites;
3. Training and experience in : APQP, FMEA, GMT, SPC+MSA, PPAP, G8D, TS16949;
4. 3 years experience in projects work or Purchasing (ideally Purchasing of press parts / equipments or tools);
5. Has knowledge of steel and aluminum and industrial standard;
6. Has knowledge of press machines,welding robots, has basic ability to read technical drawings and other specification of equipment;
7. Has manufacturing, cost analysis, QS-9000/TS16949 knowledge;
8. Advanced experience in the automotive industry would be a good advantage;
9. Good analytical thinking;
10. Team spirit,
11. Good communication and coordination skill;
12. Good command of English in both oral & written; German would be an additional advantage;
13. Good PC skills (ideally also SAP R3 knowledge).
