Supplier Technical Assistance供应商技术支持                                

Responsibilities:

1.         Develop strategy to implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives in the supply.

2.         Conduct in-depth assessment of suppliers' quality systems and manufacturing processes. Develop and implement manufacturing process and quality improvement plans.

3.         Implement "best quality practices" (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.) at external suppliers.

4.         Actively participate in the development and implementation of component/supplier sourcing and validation plans.

5.         Provide short term STA assistance to local activities during periods of high workload (i.e., new model launches, new local purchase initiatives, etc.).

6.         Assess supplier launch readiness to assure program targets are achieved.

7.         Drive resolution of part-specific quality concerns. Develop appropriate reactions plans.

Requirements:

1.         University degree or above in mechanical engineer and/or business administration.

2.         TS16949 Assessor / Auditor certification, training and experience in APQP, FMEA, GMT, SPC+MSA, PPAP, G8D;

3.         3-5 years experience in supplier evaluation, automotive industry is preferred;

4.         Experience in lean manufacturing principles/methods;

5.         Good knowledge of steel/aluminum and industrial standard as well as steel/metal sheet products;

6.         Has basic ability to read technical drawings, BOM and other specification;

7.         Good analytical and logical thinking;

8.         Good communication and coordination skill;

9.         Team spirit;

10.     Good command of English in both oral & written; German would be an additional advantage;

11. Good PC skills (ideally also SAP R3 knowledge).
