某外资电子行业公司招聘采购经理-工作地点:上海 Purchasing Section Manager 采购部经理(1人) Responsibilities: 1. Serving as an adviser to buyers on strategies and technologies; Monitoring overall vendor and staff performances; Monitoring significant market trends Ensuring effective utilization and development of work groups.ch 2. Implements purchasing policies for all dealing with suppliers. Stays informed of economic and business situations as they affect purchasing policies and adjusts policies to meet changing conditions. 3. Assists the Divisional Head on approval of major purchase agreements for materials, supplies, capital equipment and contract services. 4. Assists the Divisional Head in making final selection of outside suppliers and equipment when agreement between Purchasing Department and specific internal departments cannot be reached at lower authority levels. 5. Gives guidance and approval to overall purchasing procedures, while delegating specific tasks, objectives and projects to appropriate subordinates . 6. Perform timely performance appraisal 7. Perform supplier score card jointly with Quality Division Requirements: 1. Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent 2. Minimum 2 years in Multi-National Company of Electronics Industry, experienced in Purchasing Management. 3. Good command of English.
