<p>Goals/Mission Providing basic advice on M&E topic to all DPS projects and implementation of sustainable guidelines for SRE. <br/> </p><p>Working Partners/Contacts -Disciplinary reporting directly to Head of DPS <br/>-Cooperation with various project teams <br/>-Supervision on external engineers involved in projects <br/> </p><p>Tasks 1.Support of PM's on design projects for M&E scope <br/>2.Project Management for mainly M&E projects (e.g. optimization of existing buildings) <br/>3.Implementation on sustainable standards for M&E utilities <br/>4.Cooperation with related colleagues and organizations to establish common standards for sustainable buildings for SRE China <br/>5.Identifying areas of optimization in regards to utilities / operation costs <br/> </p><p>Education - Bachelor or above <br/>- Major in M&E <br/> </p><p>Knowledge/Languages -Fluently English skills is required. <br/>-Optional for German <br/> </p><p>Experience -At least 6 years working experience <br/>-Must have worked on three major projects <br/>-Must have been integrated in multicultural team for at least 3 years <br/>-At least 3 years Management work experience, preferably in foreign enterprises and abroad <br/> </p><p>Capabilities -Initiative <br/>-Ability to analyse <br/>-Strategic orientation <br/>-Team skills <br/>-Ability to motivate <br/>-Change orientation </p>[此贴子已经被作者于2006-9-19 10:43:32编辑过]
