<p>很欣赏永为的研究精神和方式,当师之,我一直讲一个歪理,“有缺陷的组织比完美组织更健康”,这个观点源于我对人的观察,民间有句话是小病不走,活够99,意思是常常闹一些头痛脑热小病的人长寿比总是健康的人长寿。生活确是如此,医学也证明了这一点。将之映射到企业,也发现了类似现象。可能一些组织方式有缺陷,但企业可以依其稳定存续。</p>

同间二楼的观点,我曾经读过一本书叫&lt;&lt;残缺的美丽&gt;&gt;,就是讲人生没有十全十美,企业管理中也如此,所以我们要在冲突中寻找和谐.

<p>所谓"树状"并非就真的是生物系统里的一棵树,楼主有些教条了哦!</p><p>所谓西方管理更多的是解析,将复杂的系统做简单微观分类,对我们认识事物有指导作用,这也是中国管理研究缺乏的,但对我们面对复杂情景进</p><p>行管理,并不能直接起到很好的指引作用;</p><p>中国古代对管理的研究,更多的是哲学或者思维层面的,洞察世事规律,高瞻远瞩,千古不朽,只是叙事宏大缺失微观分析,这是中国人一贯的毛病.</p><p>所以中西合壁才会让我们更多了解管理本质.</p><p>而具体日常管理原则中不可以完全脱离人性,在这方面曾士强的中国式管理是有着很强借鉴意义的,他的功用是在日常管理行为上.</p><p>虽然他的说法说到底有些油,但是个人精,洞察中国人性之深,少有出其右者,用心了解学习肯定对日常管理操作会有帮助.</p><p>现在论坛上很多关于中国式管理的批判,可惜完全偏离了方向,他本身就是在中国管理哲学下面为日常管理提供原则,你非要批判他不懂得微观分</p><p>析,就象人家的刀是为雕花而制,你非批评它不能砍柴,整这许多批判文章出来,真是太可笑.</p>
