胡涂讲座的小记与杂感

mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">杂感:人类很长时间处在“制造为王”的时代,中国历史上的“重农抑商”政策是其中一个典型的侧影。进入工业革命后,产品过剩的趋势开始显现,市场的开拓多以国家意志的形式体现,非洲的殖民化与亚洲的衰落便是标志。两次世界大战后,形势显然又起了新的变化,世界市场的发育与技术革命(教育水平</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">、运输效率、制造与信息传播的效率)使个别组织的努力也可以打开世界市场,对销售渠道和消费者的把握变的关键起来,这就是</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">零售商品牌及介于其间的</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">产品</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">杂感:软品牌这个概念也很好。很多事情在现实生活中见的多了便熟视无睹,而有了概念则能慢慢将看法与想法归集其下,更深入地认识事物。</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span>&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">3</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">杂感:制造产品的工作母机本身的大规模</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">、</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">低成本的制造与普及,标准化</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">、科学管理的普及等等因素,使得制造能力本身方便而快速地走到世界的各个角落,于是制造商的天然垄断地位不复存在。形势在淘汰制造商,制造商亟待加强和积累自己的独特的、不易被复制的软实力!</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span>&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">4</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">似乎是供应商(代理或制造商)最好的主顾。每个供应商都有一个对应的帐号,可以方便地看到自己的销售数据细节(从而过滤掉集团购买等一些一次性的消费行为,识别出其中真正的消费趋势)而不仅仅是库存。</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">。尚有一些异类如</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">DELL</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">Amazon</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">杂感:没想到百联成长到如此规模了,尚不知道它的成长质量如何。</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman"></font></span>&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">7</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">.在生产过剩的时代,掌握渠道即拥有市场。</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">杂感:这句话倘要较起真来值得商榷呢。生产过剩是没错,掌握最终消费者,把握趋势甚至引导趋势才能拥有市场,走向成功吧。制造业一直在快速地发展,也一直努力在快速地应对市场(最终消费者),</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">JIT</font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">的普及甚至使企业能处理单件的订货,直接面对最终消费者最终将是大势所趋。在目前环境下通行的生产-流通-消费这一链条,在未来流通的地位或许会面对危机。</span></p>
