<P><B>Produce results</B></P>
<P>Produce results within 90 days of your new position</P>
<P>Score goals every day</P>
<P>–A good pass doesn’t count</P>
<P>Ensure the organisation knows what you’re doing</P>
<P>Excel in every role</P>
<P>Approach every day with passion, intensity and desire</P>
<P>Deliver on the small tasks, as well as the big ones</P>

<P>Develop loyalty</P>
<P>–This not only helps the individual, but also establishes you as a leader for whom people want to work</P>

<P>Your future depends on others being able to replace you</P>
<P>Don’t fear that replacement</P>

<P>•Have those assigned to the project deliver the update</P>
