很感谢这次18位家人的到来，比较感动的一点还有从江西赶来的他山之石家人，从杭州赶来的W_B_XLP王兵家人，正因为大家的到来，为这次聚会的讨论带来了许多许多精彩的片段；
在此要感谢吴颖&肖力维两位老师与我们一起分享他们的知识；
还要感谢那些在幕后默默准备的义工们：小S，Dragonlz，Alvinwang，他山之石，龙马，也许有机会等等
还要强调的是：希望那些报过名却没有来也没有取消的家人们能尊重义工们的劳动成果～本次共有5位家人并未取消也未来参加活动，我们希望下次不会再出现这样的情况～也希望所有的家人能够理解。本次我们不进行ID的公布咯～如果下次聚会有这样的情况发生，我们会将ID一一公布。
这次活动吴颖老师给我们分享了《一起做绩效考核》里面设计了一个实际的案例，带我们大家做了一回咨询师，如何来设计一个有效的绩效考核；（感兴趣的家人见讨论贴：<a href="http://www.21manager.com/dispbbs.asp?boardID=14&ID=67254&page=1" target="_blank" >http://www.21manager.com/dispbbs.asp?boardID=14&ID=67254&page=1</A>）
而肖力维老师却带给我们的是《招聘/面试经验分享》，这个环节把在场的家人的情绪都调到最高度，许多的问题想要问，实际中碰到的问题想寻求解决方法..最后我们得出了一个结论，无论肖老师扮演成考官还是被面试者，都是“面霸”；如果有更多的家人对这个话题感兴趣的话，可以继续进行讨论（继续互动贴：<a href="http://www.21manager.com/dispbbs.asp?boardid=14&id=67257&star=1#237672" target="_blank" >http://www.21manager.com/dispbbs.asp?boardid=14&id=67257&star=1#237672</A>）
