I think the purpose of seeting up this forum is more than to improve oral or written English. Anyway regarding with the management, language is only a tool to be used. We can neglect some aspects which Chinese used to pay more attention to like grammer. Language can be alive only when you use it. In fact a lot of management books nowadays availble in China are translated from English.Many terms, ideas or concepts come form English culture.I believe many people have some ideas of them. What you need to do is to read the original ones in English to get a clear idea from two versions. You will learn more than language.
