多谢家人搭救 是基准的意思 我曾经参加一个管理培训课程，老师曾讲这个词是标杆的意思，但是不完全一致，是benchmarking，就是榜样吧。在选择上，可能是要看你是需要个人的榜样呢，还是公司某一范围的学习、模仿、超越的对象。
个人理解，请参考。 标杆管理。
一种最笨的管理方法。
目标：标杆企业的某方面
计划：根据目标分解
在较短的时间内通过模仿别人来提升自已企业在某方面能力。

Benchmarking was first developed by Xerox corporation in the late 1970's. the use of benchmarking has become widespread and individual organisations have developed distinct approaches towards it. 事实上，仅仅是简单的benchmarking也是很耗时的，偶去年的作业里，最头疼的就是Benchmarking，找资料的工作量很大，且仅仅只对比了一小部分业务就把偶累趴下了 过去的木匠在做活用的凳子上标上刻度，作为测量的定位的标准。
