[原创]企业战略管理三步法

<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">一直对研究企业的战略管理有兴趣,就学了一些东西,也尝试做了一些事情。</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">在与企业管理者讨论战略管理时,经常会遇到的一个问题是,很多中小企业主,尤其是小企业的老板会说,小企业生存第一,怎么会去考虑这么宏观的战略课题,小企业谈不上战略。</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">其实不然,这显然是个误区。任何企业与个人,不论大小,他的任何思考、计划和行为都与战略相关。</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">试分析:企业的战略管理基本上包含了四个方面的要素,一是经营范围,二是资源,三是竞争,四是协同作用。</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">看上去是很大的议题,很宏观,但如果我们这样看呢:</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">企业的经营范围是什么?------ 我要做什么?我能做什么?</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">企业的资源是什么? ------ 我有什么?</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">企业的竞争对手是谁?------ 谁跟我争?他凭什么跟我争?我的优势在哪儿?</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">协同作用如何体现?------ 谁能帮我?我需要谁来帮我?</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">大课题落实到具体的思考和行动上,其实都是切身相关的小事情。</font></p>
<p><font color="#333333" size="3" face="楷体_GB2312">兵法上说:不谋万世者不足谋一时,不谋全局者不足谋一域。蝴蝶效应我们都知道,一个看似微小的行为,带来的结果也许就是全局性的变化。比如:客户要求某一个产品的一项指标的变化,也许就会引起企业各个生产部门的生产程序的调整,以及原料规格的变化,原料存放方式及产品保管方式的变化,以及一系列相关部门的管理流程上的改变,等等等等。</font></p>
