[原创]《Dr. Deming》读后感(一位好朋友的读书笔记)

Roman?;>从春节年三十回湖南的路上开始阅读,经过整</span><span lang="EN-US">1</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times new=" Roman?? new="New" ?Times mso-hansi-font-family: New? Roman?;>个月早六点即起的阅读,终于读完了这本</span><span lang="EN-US">Dr. Deming</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times new=" Roman?? new="New" ?Times mso-hansi-font-family: New? Roman?;>的学生</span><span lang="EN-US">Rafael Aguayo</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times new=" Roman?? new="New" ?Times mso-hansi-font-family: New? Roman?;>写戴明理念的书,书还有个副标题:</span><span lang="EN-US">The American who taught the Japanese about quality</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times new=" Roman?? new="New" ?Times mso-hansi-font-family: New? Roman?;>(教会日本人质量理念的美国人),不过书并不是戴明自传,而是讲戴明以质量为核心的管理理念,读书处处都有拍案的感慨,以前别人和自己的一些觉得还行的做法,书一路读来,觉得原来就是戴明这套理念的一分子(绝对就是找到了做事和管理理念明灯,以后要不断继续学习、实践之)。</span></p>

Roman?;>戴明以质量为核心的管理理念,还是用别人的一个总结来描述下吧,不过我感觉总结的一般:</span><span lang="EN-US">Deming’s philosophy of cooperation, systems thinking, and continual improvement of people and communication. The ideas are new and counter-intuitive and require repeated viewing. Together they show how to begin to lead an organization to become greater than the sum of its parts, to view problems as opportunities, practice continual improvement and encourage personal transformation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times new=" Roman?? new="New" ?Times mso-hansi-font-family: New? Roman?;>戴明认为他的理论可以应用于任何行业上,他强调做什么都是以质量为目标,并且质量可利用有效方法论使之不断提升,在此基础上强调人本、和谐、合作的思想;有点奇怪上面的总结说他的理念不够直观</span><span lang="EN-US">(counter-intuitive)</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times new=" Roman?? new="New" ?Times mso-hansi-font-family: New? Roman?;>?戴明生于</span><span lang="EN-US">1900</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times new=" Roman?? new="New" ?Times mso-hansi-font-family: New? Roman?;>年,是学数学的,尤其善于用统计学来解决问题,但是这个质量理论,我恰好觉得有点像中国的道,存在无限的供我们意会、体会的空间,但又有点像儒家的论语,有具体方法可供我们循循实践,这就是下面的戴明</span><span lang="EN-US">14</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times new=" Roman?? new="New" ?Times mso-hansi-font-family: New?
