<p>Famous manufactoror is lookiing for a black belt lean manager now.<br/><br/>Job Summary: <br/>* Provides support on Training / Certification & general programs, including Six Sigma (GBs etc.), Lean Manufacturing etc. <br/>* Manages projects on manufacturing and operation processes improvement. <br/><br/>Details: <br/>* Facilitates and disseminates breakthrough improvements in key processes that support the over-all Six Sigma goals of the company. <br/>* Coordinates, identifies and decides project selection and training. <br/>* Negotiates for resources and clears path to apply the Six Sigma breakthrough strategy to targeted projects that cut across organization boundaries. <br/>* Trains and certifies Greenbelts, in the meantime, giving methodological and hands-on support to the completion of projects. <br/>* Besides GB certification, it is required this person shall complete BB projects by him/herself or give assist to other Blackbelt staff to complete their projects whenever necessary, subject to the company requirement from time to time. <br/>* Establish production standard, output and other standard rules that related to overall production. <br/>* Base on actual producing demand, analyze production, equipment, headcount and other resources. <br/>* Design production layout, or material flow. <br/>* Track the operation efficiency, coordinate with related section to improve the operation productivity. <br/>* Improve outcome , line efficiency, TPM, production flow etc. after necessary actions taken. <br/><br/><br/>Background: <br/>* 35 - 50 preferred. <br/>* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering degree preferred. <br/>* Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt at least for two years. <br/>* At least 3 years of IE or manufacturing experience. <br/>* Solid background on Lean Manufacturing for at least 3 years. <br/>* 5 – 10 years’ related technical work experience in mechanical industry or foreign companies. <br/>* 3 years’ work experience as manager in the above fields. <br/>* Strong Leadership ability. <br/>* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese <br/>* Ability to operate well independently or as a team member in a fast-paced environment. <br/><br/>Preferred: <br/>* Project Management <br/>* Team Management <br/>* Change Management <br/>* Facilitation skills <br/>* Presentation Skills <br/><br/>Accountability: <br/>* Assigned tasks should be conducted in a technically accurate and timely manner. <br/>* Responsible for all actions performed to complete assigned task. <br/><br/>Supervision Received: <br/>* Reports to Quality Director, SVP (US Citizen) <br/>* Dotted line to GM of Shanghai Factory (British) <br/><br/> </p><p>If you would like to try or have interest in it, please mail me back your CV to <a href="mailto:vivien.ge@growhr.com">vivien.ge@growhr.com</a> Any question are welcomed and i am looking forward to talking to you.<br/><br/></p>
