<p>是人就要有房子住,不买房也要租房,房子贵了,房租一样上涨.</p>

<p>买不起就使用房贷,我也是80后,因为自己本事有限,一看到房子头就痛,不敢想买房子的事情</p>

房价只是会相对而言的下跌,开发商跟银行贷款,银行是国家的,国家怎么会不让房价跌!笑话!
