嗯,他提出的一些管理的看法我很赞赏,简单-负责-简单,关键是管理有脉络和层次,加上协同管理,那么一个完善的学习型组织就架构起来了,作为一个有想法和创意的年轻人来讲,我最反感过多注重于因为职位而产生的管理“出发点要赞站帮助别人成长的基础上”,那么领导的权威就体现出来,不要忘记领导是帮助一个团队成长的关键人,从某种原则上说是公仆。
