TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: ''; mso-hansi-font-family: '';">企业文化作为一种统一人们行为的管理工具受到很多管理人员的重视,文化说到底是一种氛围,要塑造氛围必须有相应的行动把氛围烘托出来,于是仪式成为文化得以体现的重要工具之一。仪式指导人们在公司生活中的行为,实际上就是由公司价值观改写成的剧本,在每一个仪式的背后都体现某种信念,通过仪式员工能够体会到价值观的意义,给混乱带来秩序。如果缺乏与价值观的联系,仪式就会变为一种习惯,除了给人们以某种虚假的安全感和稳定感之外别无作用。</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
