mso-ascii-font-family: ''; mso-hansi-font-family: '';">、人才测评的概念过于宽泛。性格倾向测试应该属于人才测评的范畴。我认为,性格倾向测试对于判断一个人的性格,提供了有益的帮助,但是对于企业的人员招聘帮助甚小。“有德有才提拔使用,有德无才培养使用,有才无德限制使用,无德无才坚决不用”,这样的观念很受国内企业推崇。但是什么是德、什么是才,又怎么去衡量,很难。同样的道理,性格倾向测试比较容易做,但是企业对于自己真正需要何种性格的人才搞不清楚。举个例子,很多企业都喜欢性格外向的人,但是可能某些岗位可能更需要的是内向型的员工。</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0pt;
